TXT e-Tech, part of TXT GROUP, is seeking an Avionics Software Engineer to support software certification activities for safety-critical embedded applications in aerospace, ensuring DO-178C compliance. The role involves developing, verifying, and documenting software certification artifacts with a team of experts.

The candidate should have a background in real-time embedded software, familiarity with embedded architectures, and proficiency in C/C++/Python, with knowledge of DO-178C principles.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Experience with real-time embedded software development.
• Familiarity with embedded software architectures and low-level firmware.
• Knowledge of DO-178C software certification principles.
• English proficiency for technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Contribute to development and verification of safety-critical embedded software for aerospace applications.
• Support DO-178C certification documentation preparation (SPDP, SVP, Software Requirements, Traceability Matrices).
• Define strategies for software requirements (functional and low-level) in compliance with standards.
• Support requirements analysis and coverage assessment for software certification.
• Lead development and execution of component and integration tests for embedded software.
• Define software verification goals and methods via static and dynamic analysis.
• Review and assess impact of existing certification artifacts for reuse opportunities.
