TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, seeks a Junior Process Management Engineer to help define, implement, and monitor software and hardware certification processes. The role focuses on supporting process definitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing documentation within the Embedded Systems for Aerospace Applications unit.

The candidate will engage with software, hardware, and quality assurance teams, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-expanding

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
• 1–2 years in process engineering, QA, systems engineering, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of aeronautical systems and lifecycle processes.

Mansioni

• Support definition and update of development and certification processes.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Manage process and certification documentation.
• Handle requirements management and traceability activities.
• Support Design Assurance and Functional Safety processes.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and quality teams.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance activities.
