Avincis, a leading Emergency Aerial Service Operator, seeks a Bid & Commercial Coordinator to support the Bid Manager and HEMS Commercial Manager in bid and contract management activities in Italy. The role offers growth through increasing autonomy and accountability.

Based in our Italian branch, you will monitor market surveys, prepare bid packages, and ensure contract requirements are clearly communicated while maintaining strong customer relationships with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years of bid and contract management experience, preferably with government tenders.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Bid Management: Monitor market surveys and tender/bid publications on a regular basis
• Ensure the timely distribution of bid documentation to all relevant stakeholders
• Support the Bid Manager in the preparation of bid-related meetings (e.g. Kick-off, Daily Check-ins, Governance reviews)
• Contribute to bid competitiveness analyses and economic evaluations in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Support the timely and accurate preparation of complete bid packages, including administrative, technical, and commercial documentation
• Contract Management: Ensure contract requirements are clearly communicated, properly understood, and implemented by key stakeholders
• Support the HEMS Commercial Manager in managing and continuously improving customer relationships
• Monitor and track contract performance (e.g. financial, operational) through defined KPIs
• Contribute to contract performance continuous improvement initiatives through planning, control actions, and adherence to project management standards
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc contract performance reports
