Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam Romania is seeking an experienced AUTOSAR Software Architect to drive architecture for Instrument Clusters and HUDs in automotive displays. You will shape software architecture, define interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware and software domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive embedded software experience in architect/lead roles.
• Strong AUTOSAR Classic and stack knowledge.
• Experience with ECU interfaces and multi-core architectures.
• ISO 26262 Functional Safety and cybersecurity awareness.
• Hands-on with cluster/HUD systems is a plus.
• Proficient in debugging and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain software architecture for Instrument Cluster/HUD ECUs.
• Design and integrate AUTOSAR Classic components and interfaces.
• Define SW component architecture, interfaces, communication concepts, and dependencies between layers.
• Support AUTOSAR BSW configuration and integration (communication, diagnostics, memory, OS, network).
• Define architecture for vehicle network communication (CAN/CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, UDS).
• Collaborate with graphics/HMI, application, BSW, system engineering, and hardware teams.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable architectural solutions.
• Support decisions on performance, startup time, functional safety, cybersecurity, and resource usage.
• Support integration, debugging, and resolution of cross-component issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure ASPICE conformity.
