SKF Group in Italy seeks an experienced Global Autonomous Factory Program Manager to lead one of the most ambitious manufacturing transformation programs.

You will drive automation, robotics and AI initiatives, coordinate pilot implementations across sites, build investment cases and scale solutions globally, reporting to the Global Manufacturing Digitalization team in Airasca.

Autonomous Factory Program Manager - SKF Automotive Business

We are looking for an experienced and visionary (Global) Autonomous Factory Program Manager in Italy to lead one of the most ambitious manufacturing transformation programs in our organization.

This role will drive the evolution from traditional manufacturing towards highly autonomous operations through robotics, AI, digital manufacturing technologies, and advanced automation.

You will work at the intersection of Operations, Engineering, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, coordinating global teams and leading pilot implementations that will define the future manufacturing model of our company.

This position is located at Airasca, Italy. You will report to Marian Banda, Global Manufacturing Digitalization, who is located in Airasca, Italy.

For this position, the starting point of the salary range is a gross annual salary (base salary) of €65.000. The compensation package also includes company performance-related bonuses.
