Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder freelancers to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote, freelance role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to work from anywhere. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, with potential up to 40 hours.

As part of our team, you will help train and test agents, design eval rubrics, and debug traces across live environments. Prior backend engineering and AI automation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Practical experience building for live environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on system behavior.
