You will write eval rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with top AI teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, and complex systems integration, and can work in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience coordinating multi-stage tasks with data acquisition.
