Outlier is seeking freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents. Remote work, up to $50 USD/hr, paid weekly. 2+ years of backend/AI experience and a track record of building production-grade systems are preferred.

You will write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents, collaborating with teams to improve system orchestration and reliability. Flex hours and international opportunities are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide precise technical feedback on complex behaviors.
