Bridgestone Retail Operations seeks an Automotive Technician to learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles under supervision. You will engage with customers to explain procedures and ensure high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical aptitude, a valid license, and familiarity with oil changes, inspections, and tire service. ASE certification within two years is encouraged and supported by the company.

Competenze

• Must have fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to learn basic tasks.
• Valid driver's license required at all times and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes, inspections, and tire work.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Mansioni

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Explain repair procedures and answer customer questions with clarity.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (tests/fees covered by company).
