MSX International is seeking an Automotive Field Consultant for Used Car Financing to support dealerships across the north of Italy. This full-time, field-based role focuses on promoting financing solutions for used vehicles and growing financing volumes.

You will visit dealerships, promote financial products, train staff, identify growth opportunities, and report on performance while coordinating with the project team. Proactive and mobile, you will drive results in a dynamic market.

Automotive Field Consultant - Used Car Financing

The main purpose of the position is to support the client in increasing the penetration of financing solutions for used vehicles and contribute to the growth of used vehicle financing units through direct management of the commercial network of dealers in the assigned area.

Duties and Responsibilities

With regards to the assigned area, the Field Consultant for Used Car Financing will:

• Visit and support Dealerships, Authorized Partners, and other key market players involved in the used car financing process.
• Promote the adoption of financial products specifically designed for used vehicles.
• Assist the network in correctly understanding and applying procedures and specific role-related financial topics.
• Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the assigned dealership network.
• Analyze dealership needs and propose solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation of commercial initiatives and strategies.
• Maintain constant professional dialogue with network representatives.
• Collect feedback, issues, and requests from the field, ensuring proper management and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor activities and track performance results.
• Actively contribute to achieving the target of increasing used car financing volumes.
• Constantly check the deviations from the objectives and plans any corrective actions.
• Define the own travel plan in line with the project needs and with the assigned objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Force activities, Field Sales, commercial consultancy, or network support.
• Full availability to travel frequently within the national territory and assigned district.
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry and, preferably, the operational dynamics of Dealerships.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with various professional profiles involved in the dealership management process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and a \"problem-solver\" attitude.
• Autonomy in planning and organizing field activities.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Good systems and PC knowledge / skills.
• Good English language knowledge.
