Quest Global Services is seeking a Senior Lead Semiconductor Analog Reliability & Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products. You will work with design, application, and product teams to plan, execute, and monitor qualification activities and test-board definitions.

You will analyze data, drive root-cause investigations, and deliver final reliability reports per ST procedures and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electronics, Materials, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years minimum experience in semiconductors.
• Knowledge of component reliability and qualification testing.
• Ability to analyze data and perform root-cause investigations.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English; Italian preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage product reliability qualification plans.
• Collaborate on test board definition and debug with design, application, and product teams.
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external reliability tests.
• Analyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.
• Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Prepare reliability reports and qualification status updates.
• Support burn-in and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance.
