A leading company in the automation sector is seeking a candidate for the role of Automation Software Designer in Parma. The successful applicant will manage software development for aseptic Filler Machines, collaborating with various teams and ensuring compliance with guidelines. This position requires a Master's degree in Automation Technology and strong technical skills in PLC, motion control, and HMI design, among others.

Competenze

• Fluent in English, proficiency in French or Italian is a bonus.
• Strong experience with MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with machine development and expertise in B&R and Siemens systems.

Mansioni

Design Automation Software for a range of aseptic Filler Machines.

Your Mission

• Manage the development of automation software (standard and safety) until field test and customer support.
• Follow guidelines and rules in software development.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and HMI teams.
• Participate in functional analysis, FMEA, and other related activities.
• Procure all technical documents related to the software.
• Test all software according to defined methods.
• Support the Supply department as needed.

Your Profile

We seek candidates with a Master’s degree in Automation Technology or a related field, fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Italian as a bonus. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience with MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Deep understanding of electrical and HMI design.
• Proficiency in PLC, motion control, hardware, networking, mechatronics, and safety systems.
• Experience with machine development and expertise in B&R and Siemens systems.
