Dentons in Milan is seeking a junior associate to support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions from Italy’s financial capital. You will work on project financing, M&A, development contracts and due diligence in a fast-growing Banking & Finance team.

You will draft and negotiate project agreements, perform due diligence with cross-functional teams, and grow in an international environment with structured training and a clear career path.

Competenze

• Italian law degree with minimum score 105/110.
• License to practice law in Italy (recent).
• 1–2 years of experience in Project, Energy & Infrastructure in a law firm.
• High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for practicing law; strong negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Support domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure transactions.

In this role you will support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions from Milan, spanning project financing, M&A, development, contracts and due diligence. You will join a fast-growing Banking & Finance team of industry-specialized lawyers, gaining 360-degree experience in a cross-border, international context. The position offers structured training, exposure to top transactions and a chance to contribute to a leading, polycentric firm.
