Launchmetrics is seeking an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to shape Discover, the Brand Performance Cloud module that tracks brands and benchmarks competitors. You’ll work in a pod, own small missions from discovery to design, and learn from senior builders from day one.

From day one you’ll be close to research and users, shaping interfaces people enjoy using, with AI-enabled features and a strong emphasis on user-centered design.

• A grounding in design: fundamentals and user-centred design principles.
• A real discovery instinct: start from the problem and talk to users.
• Business sense: understand industry and data relevance for fashion/luxury.
• Self-sufficient across crafts: keep a small pod moving.
• Clear and trusted: communicate with both technical and business people.
• Clear communication and fluent English: team is international.

Mansioni

• Own missions end to end: scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption for Discover missions.
• Take on real design work: own features design with guidance from a Senior or Principal Builder and AI tools.
• Help run discovery: participate in user interviews, surveys and usage analysis with evidence.
• Define metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance, then analyse and feed learnings back.
• Stay close to the competitive landscape and market trends to sharpen thinking.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders and leadership, speaking the right language.
• Contribute to shared tooling and the design system over time.
