Launchmetrics in Milano is seeking an Associate Product Designer (SaaS) to shape Discover, the Brand Performance Cloud area where brands monitor their presence and compare against rivals. Discover brings data to intuitive interfaces and AI-led features at the heart of brand performance.

This role sits at the Associate stage: you’ll own small missions end-to-end within a pod, perform real design work with guidance from a Senior Builder, and learn by doing in a fast-growing, international team.

Competenze

• Grounding in design and user-centred principles.
• Proficient with Figma, Lovable or other design tools to produce wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
• Fluent English and strong communication in a fast-paced, international team.

Mansioni

• Own missions end to end within the pod.
• Take on real design work with guidance from senior builders.
• Help run discovery through user interviews and usage analysis.
• Measure adoption and performance with defined KPIs.
• Stay aligned with market trends and competitor landscape.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders and leadership.
