You will work with a collaborative team to advise clients on deals, joint ventures, restructurings, and complex contracts, blending global execution with local market insight.

You will develop transactional and organizational skills while collaborating closely with clients and other lawyers.

• M&A experience in a top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm.

You’ll work with a collaborative, cross‑functional team to advise clients on complex deals, joint ventures, and restructurings, combining global execution with local market insight. You’ll develop transactional and organizational skills while collaborating closely with clients and other lawyers.
