Champion is expanding and seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our new store inside Valvert Croix Blanche shopping mall. You will be responsible for leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring a premium customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and people-focused, able to manage shifts, stock, and store operations while inspiring the team and maintaining a welcoming, stylish environment.

Qualifications

• You are organized, multitasking, and results-oriented.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.
• You are flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• You speak English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and develop the team to achieve sales targets and strong performance.
• Support selection, training, and motivation of the team for a positive environment.
• Monitor KPIs and support Store Manager in daily activities including sales, stock, shifts, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Visual team to ensure appealing product presentation and shopping experience.
• Welcome and assist customers, delivering high-quality experience aligned with Champion values.
• Act as point of reference in Store Manager's absence for smooth operations.
