This full-time, on-site role emphasizes leading a team, delivering strong sales performance, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with Champion's values. You will support in team development, training, scheduling, stock management, and visual merchandising, while serving customers and acting as a reference in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support in leading, guiding, and developing the team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong performance
• Support the selection, training, and motivation of the team, contributing to a positive and engaging working environment
• Monitor KPIs and assist in daily store activities: sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, and inventory
• Collaborate with Visual team to ensure appealing product presentation and distinctive shopping experience
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring high-quality customer experience aligned with Champion values
• Act as reference in Store Manager's absence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE:

• Support in leading, guiding, and developing the team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong performance
• Support the selection, training, and motivation of the team, contributing to a positive and engaging working environment
• Monitor key KPIs and support the Store Manager in managing daily store activities, including sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, and inventory
• Collaborate with the Visual team to ensure an appealing product presentation and a distinctive shopping experience
