Skechers Corio Outlet in Victoria, Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and maintaining store presentation.

You are an emerging retail leader with a proactive attitude, focused on team development, exceptional customer service, and efficient rostering while ensuring a safe, compliant environment and productive, high-energy service.

Competenze

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
