The Management Department is hiring an Assistant / Associate Professor (tenure track) based on our Turin campus, starting September 2027.
The ideal candidate is expected to:
Have proven pedagogical competencies to deliver quality teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Experience in the design and management of educational programs would be a plus.
Possess excellent command of English (our operational language). Italian or any other language are not required.
Show a solid grounding in social sciences, consistent with ESCP’s intellectual tradition. This underpins the School’s identity and visibility in academic and public arenas.
Preference will be given to candidates with several years of experience as faculty members and demonstrated success in research, teaching, and service.
We offer a competitive salary for a position involving a balance between research, teaching, and school development (guideline salary range: €54,000 to €67,000 for Assistant Professors and €58,000 to €85,000 for Associate Professors). Supplementary compensation of up to 30% of gross annual salary may be offered to candidates with strong or high-potential research profiles. Variable compensation may also apply for academic responsibilities. Tax incentives may be available under Italian law for individuals relocating from abroad.
