Zusammenfassung

Hosco.com seeks an Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement the hotel marketing plan. You will increase brand awareness, promote offers to target markets, and address hotel business needs.

You will work with local partners and media, maintain relationships with local bodies, and produce monthly reports. The role requires a Marketing degree with 2–4 years in hospitality marketing and supervisory experience, with strong communication across departments and a focus on

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of hospitality or hotel marketing experience with direct supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage and control marketing budgets using resources effectively.
• Develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and production of marketing materials for specific events.
• Implement PR campaigns to celebrate successes and promote products/services.
• Create and market key hotel events, especially during business periods.
• Communicate to target markets the hotel amenities, refurbishments, F&B provisions, conference, banqueting and events.

• ManageandpromotethehotelonIHGbrandwebsite.
• Respondtomediaenquirieswhenapproachedforcommentsand/orreports.
• Researchanddevelopnewopportunitieswithinkeytargetmarkets.
• CommunicatewithinternalEventManagersonallaspectsofspecificeventorganizationandpromotion.
• DevelopandsupporttheMarketingCoordinator/Marketing&PRExecutive,whereapplicable
• Producemonthlyreportsasrequired.

Master’s/Bachelor’sdegree/highereducationqualification/equivalentinMarketingspecializationorrelatedfield,andtwotofouryearsofexperienceinahospitalityorhotelmarketingsettingwithdirectsupervisoryexperience,oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandworkexperience.
