Arup Italia is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the finance team in Milan. You will handle expense claims, Intrastat filings, and reconciliations, and coordinate with external auditors as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma in accounting, 5 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with project-based accounting in consulting/services. Italian accounting knowledge is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma in Accounting.
• 5 years' experience in accounting.
• Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting/services sector with project-based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime.
• Basic knowledge of Italian accounting principles.
• Availability: Full Time.
• Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple sw tools.
• Knowledge of JDE, Esolver.

• Expense claims management;
• Intrastat filing;
• Bank and credit card reconciliations;
• Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise;
• Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general, as required;
