We are seeking an Assistant to support the Industrial, Quality, and Supply Chain teams of Bolton Food. This is a critical and highly visible role, acting as a key partner for operational leaders and ensuring smooth coordination across core business functions.

The role supports Industrial, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders by handling administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring clear communication and documentation.

How your agenda looks like:
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Industrial, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide logistical support for plant visits, supplier meetings, and internal events.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination and information flow.
