Generali Asset Management is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead internal audit activities across AMLEs, evaluate controls, and strengthen governance.

The role requires at least five years in internal audit within financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present findings to senior management and the Board. The starting gross annual salary is €50,000, with smart working options and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Five years of practical experience in internal or external audit, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of asset management processes.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks in asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Assess internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
• Develop and maintain the annual audit plan.
• Conduct interviews and walkthroughs with process owners.
• Analyze data to identify control weaknesses and non-compliance.
• Prepare audit reports and working papers; support corrective actions.
• Monitor resolution of audit recommendations and communicate to stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal audit reports and dashboards for senior management and Board.
