Job summary

Xelvin is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician for a technical manufacturing environment in the Eindhoven region. You will contribute to assembling, testing and ensuring reliable performance of high-quality modules and systems.

You will work from drawings and instructions, install electrical and mechanical components, and perform measurements and functional tests. Join a team focused on quality, process improvements and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in assembly, production or technical work.
• Ability to read technical drawings/instructions.
• Good technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build technical modules and systems
• Work from technical drawings and work instructions
• Install and connect electrical and mechanical components
• Route and bundle cables and wire harnesses
• Perform inspections, measurements and functional tests
• Identify and report deviations during the assembly and testing process
• Help prevent issues and production downtime by working accurately and proactively
• Work closely with production and other technicians to keep the process running smoothly
• Contribute to quality and process improvements
