CAE is seeking an Apprentice Simulator Technician in Milan near Malpensa to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on flight simulators on site and in the field. You will learn to prepare equipment, conduct readiness checks, and assist senior engineers with maintenance tasks to ensure high availability for customers.

The role follows a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern with a shift allowance and additional perks.

• Relevant technical qualification or practical experience in a technical/engineering role.

Mansioni

• Learn to prepare simulation training equipment for daily operation using standard checks.
• Learn preventive maintenance per published schedules for each device.
• Learn and carry out Qualification Test Guide (QTG) per monthly schedules.
• Load exercise scenarios to prepare for training sessions.
• Check reported snags and verify simulator operation; rectify basic issues.
