Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio (Verona) is seeking a Quality Engineer - ASME Orders to guarantee quality, regulatory and documentation compliance for all production orders governed by ASME standards. You will ensure adherence to customer specifications and internal processes across the project lifecycle, from contract review to final delivery.

You will lead Project Quality Management, coordinate with management, production, purchasing and logistics, and design ITPs for inspections.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven background in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within industrial manufacturing, with ASME requirements for pressure equipment.
• CI qualification is a strong plus; ability to read technical drawings; knowledge of brazing standards, NDT, and ISO 9001.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Project Quality Management by analyzing technical and regulatory requirements during order review.
• Coordinate with project management, production, purchasing and logistics to align on ASME expectations.
• Design and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and manage inspection milestones.
• Oversee external audits by inspection agencies and ensure all documentation is complete (Manufacturer's Data Reports, Data Books).
• Translate quality requirements into Quality Plans at project kick-offs.
