IMA Group, via PharmaSiena, is seeking a Project Manager to lead aseptic filling projects in Siena, Italy. You will manage projects per URS, coordinate a PM team, and oversee progress meetings, planning activities, and risks from FAT to contract closure.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree with 5+ years in a similar role and excellent English. Spanish knowledge and PMP certification are a plus, as is a customer-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or Automation Engineering, or a Technical High School Diploma.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English.

Mansioni

• Manage projects in compliance with customer requirements (URS).
• Coordinate a dedicated project management team.
• Organize and lead regular project progress meetings, planning activities and managing project risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, monitoring contractual obligations and change orders.
• Plan, manage and participate in all major project milestones, including FAT, and close post-FAT punch lists.
• Oversee installation phases through contract completion with on-site coordination.
• Review challenges and lessons learned to identify improvement opportunities.
