Hermes Corporate in Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna, is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges. You will build scalable models, fine-tune LLMs, and create robust data pipelines for training and inference.

The ideal candidate has a Computer Science degree and 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, strong Python and PyTorch/TF skills, and a solid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflows. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks
• Build and manage data pipelines for model training and inference
• Develop scalable model deployment strategies in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applications
• Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs, and model optimization

What We’re Looking For
