Sephora USA, Inc is seeking an Area Manager for Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria and Sicilia to drive turnover, manage stores and implement policies from HQ.

You will lead teams, ensure health and safety, develop local business plans and collaborate with HRBP, Training and Brand partners to execute the national strategy.

The role requires 5–7 years in area management, strong financial analytics, and fluent Italian and English, with a dynamic, international environment in Italy.

Competenze

• 5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in international environments.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Drive results to achieve defined targets.
• Excellent relationship abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Reach area economic targets and improve turnover.
• Ensure accurate flow of information to/from headquarter and stores.
• Apply group policies on prices, promotions and communications.
• Oversee health and safety compliance as safety authority.
• Collaborate with HRBP to manage store HR policies and career paths.
• Support Store Managers and monitor KPIs and development plans.
• Adopt national strategy to local area needs and market.
• Collaborate with Training and Brands to implement activities.
