Hyundai Capital Bank Italy è alla ricerca di un Area Manager per guidare le relazioni commerciali e lo sviluppo con la rete di partner nel Nord Italia. La figura definirà strategie di prezzo, dashboard di monitoraggio e report per la direzione, supportando il team di vendita.

Il ruolo richiede 3-5 anni di esperienza in pricing/analisi finanziaria, laurea in Marketing/Economia/Ingegneria e disponibilità a viaggiare in tutta Italia. Contratto a tempo indeterminato e pacchetto benefit inclusi.

Competenze

• Esperienza 3-5 anni in Pricing o Analisi Finanziaria nel settore Automotive OEM/Cap­tive.
• Laurea in Marketing, Economia o Ingegneria.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia.
• Esperienza nello sviluppo di presentazioni, dashboard e strumenti di monitoraggio.
• Capacità di ottenere risultati anche in ambienti complessi.
• Spiccata analisi e capacità decisionale basata sui dati.
• Ottime doti di teamwork e comunicazione.
• Inglese fluente (scrittura e parlato).
• Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
• Retribuzione competitiva: 45.000€ lordi/anno, commisurata all’esperienza.

Mansioni

• Gestire e sviluppare relazioni con concessionari e partner finanziari su tutto il territorio Italia.
• Promuovere e implementare nuove strategie, prodotti e iniziative per la rete concessionari (Wholesale e Retail).
• Diventare Partner di business dei concessionari con KPI e piani d’azione dedicati.
• Monitorare metriche di vendita e individuare opportunità di sviluppo.
• Collaborare con funzioni centrali per migliorare processi, strumenti e servizi.
• Preparare report e presentazioni per la direzione per decisioni strategiche.
• Fornire supporto al team di vendita con strumenti di pricing e report personalizzati.

We are looking for a new Area Manager to join our Italian Field Force!

As Area Manager, you will oversee and develop commercial relationships, pushing Hyundai Capital Bank Italy financing and insurance products to our partner network across North Italy!

• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers and financial partners across Italy.
• Ensure sharing and implementation of new strategies / products / initiatives towards all the Dealer’s network, both in terms of Wholesale and Retail.
• Become a Dealer’s Business Partner, sharing KPIs and proposing dedicated Action Plans in order to improve Sales & Financing performance.
• Monitor Sales Performance Metrics and identify opportunities for Business Development.
• Collaborate with central functions to enhance processes, tools, and services.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions.
• Provide ongoing support to the Sales team through pricing tools, dashboards, and tailored report to facilitate commercial decision-making.

Teamwork and Effective Communication will make the difference, but these are the elements that will guide us in choosing the right Resource for our Organization:

• 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis Field Automotive OEM / Field Automotive Captive, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry
• University degree in Marketing or Economics or Engineering
• Willingness to travel (Italy)
• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring tools
• Ability to "get things done" even in difficult environments
• Analytical skills to develop correct actions from information
• Strong Team Player with excellent communicative skills
• English: fluent in speaking and writing
