Xaba is seeking a Senior 3D Developer to join our remote-first team. The role focuses on building high-fidelity 3D visualizations for industrial robots and simulations used in Generative Design tools.

You will optimize rendering performance, work with shaders and graphics pipelines, and collaborate with designers and engineers across multiple locations. Based near Milan or Detroit, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge robotics projects.

Competenze

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related disciplines or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3D graphics principles including mesh creation, transformations, scenes and shaders.
• Deep understanding of the full software development cycle and 3D graphics software stack.
• Knowledge of linear algebra for computer graphics.
• Experience with automated testing and CI frameworks.
• Exposure to software product development practices and tools.
• Fluent in English.
