Mollie is hiring an Analytics Engineer I in the Customer Insights team. You will own SQL/dbt models and the dashboards that surface adoption, usage and impact data for our products, collaborating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to measure what ships truly delivers.

You’ll build end-to-end tracking from data models to dashboards, partner with Application Engineers, and help shape decisions as Mollie scales across Europe. This role offers a distributed, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SQL and dbt, building and testing models and tests.
• Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau or Omni, and presenting data.
• Data visualization and storytelling skills to communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with GTM, Revenue Operations, or Marketing is a plus.
• Comfort working directly with business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ship small, regular improvements to Customer Insights products, incl. dbt model fixes and tests.
• Develop adoption, usage and impact tracking for Customer Insights products.
• Ensure tracking from dbt models to dashboards used by stakeholders.
• Build a standing set of adoption and impact dashboards to guide prioritization.
