Satispay is hiring a Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering in Milan. You will drive our data strategy, develop scalable data assets, and build AI-powered workflows within the Growth & Marketing Analytics team.

Expect to design Data Mesh layers, implement AI agentic processes, and deliver high-impact dashboards that translate data into business action. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to maximize ROI and own the end-to-end testing pipeline.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data roles (Data Engineering, Analytics, BI).
• 3+ years in high-volume or big data environments.

Mansioni

• Lead Design Data Architecture and Data Mesh implementation.
• Define AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration.
• Build dashboards and reports communicating insights (Hex/Looker).
• Drive decision-making through data across Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation.
