Job summary

BD Milano is seeking an Analyst, Business Analytics to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve operations. You will collect, clean, and analyze datasets, develop dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders across functions.

The ideal candidate has a quantitative degree, solid SQL and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense), and strong communication to explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (analytics, economics, CS).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Experience with R or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry data is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate KPIs and insights effectively.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives, answer specific questions, and troubleshoot issues.

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
• Support the development and implementation of analytical models and predictive tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reports.

- Familiarity with healthcare industry data and terminology is desirable.

Proposed salary for this position is €34,715.10.
