Ohb Italia is seeking an experienced AIT Lead to act as the focal point for all AIT activities on a satellite project in Lombardy. You will develop and maintain the AIT plan, flow, and WBS, monitor costs, schedules, and quality, and lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement and test campaigns.

With a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering and at least five years in AIT, you will coordinate resources, lead daily meetings, and ensure strict adherence to space industry quality rules.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar is required.
• At least five years of professional experience in AIT within space projects.
• Ability to coordinate resources and work in single/double shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Space Business documentation and quality principles.
• Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis, and reporting abilities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate AIT activities across the project lifecycle from proposal to completion.
• Prepare and maintain the AIT Plan, Flow, WBS, and WPDs as inputs to project WBS/WPD.
• Evaluate labor and non-labor costs for AIT activities.
• Prepare, maintain and manage the AIT Schedule.
• Coordinate resources across teams outside the AIT department.
• Lead daily meetings when applicable and monitor progress.
• Ensure adherence to quality rules and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preparation of AIT documents (Procedures, Dashboard, Setup design, As-run Procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR).
• Provide input to the Risk Register and verify input readiness for AIT jobs.
• Coordinate technical aspects of Test Facilities procurement and support their commercial aspects.
• Prepare, participate in and lead EVT and Launch Campaigns as needed.
• Contribute to reviews such as IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB and Progress Meetings.
