Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Project AIT Operations Manager to drive assembly, integration and test activities for satellite programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with engineering, QA and program management to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years in flight hardware testing, and fluent Italian and English (French a plus). Travel across Europe and to launch sites will be required as needed.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Flight Hardware Testing, including environmental tests.
• Strong problem-solving and system engineering knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for periods.

Mansioni

• Lead AIT activities and manage day-to-day program work.
• Coordinate teams from 4–5 to 20+ members depending on program scale.
• Interface with engineering, design authority and quality departments.
• Prepare bids and budgets for AIT activities.
• Liaise with final customers during major reviews and boards.
