Job summary

Prep Cook at Aventino's Italian Restaurant (Dulles International Airport) is responsible for preparing vegetables, meats, seafood and other items to specifications, following Concessions International procedures.

You will work across stations, assist with plating, and maintain sanitation and safety in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 months of related experience, and the ability to stand for 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of vegetables, meats, seafood, poultry and other food items for cooking.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure the quality and consistency of every batch recipe from prep to the proper workstation or designated area.
• Operates and maintains all equipment and workstation in accordance with established sanitary, operating, safety and maintenance procedures.
• Labels, dates, rotates and stores all food products according to company labeling standards.
