Job summary

PALO IT is an AI-enabled software delivery consultancy. We seek an AI Transformation Lead to shape transformation roadmaps, align stakeholders, and guide teams through new ways of working to deliver measurable value.

You will co-design AI toolchains, manage pilots, and collaborate with practice leads to evolve Gen-e2 methodology across client engagements. This role blends strategy, delivery, and thought leadership within dynamic client environments.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with AI-augmented SDLC and change management.
• Strong ability to scope, plan and drive transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI pilot and transformation programs end-to-end, incl. scoping and delivery.
• Coach engineers, product owners, and analysts on AI-augmented delivery practices.
• Identify metrics to demonstrate value: productivity uplift, cycle time, backlog quality.
• Design transformation roadmaps and sequence capability building.
• Support setup of client AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) with governance and roles.
• Contribute to pre-sales and business development with realistic scoping.

YOUR ROLE

PALO IT is an AI‑enabled software delivery consultancy helping enterprises transform how they build products and run programs. Our Gen‑e2 methodology sits at the heart of this work — a structured approach to embedding AI augmentation across the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.

We're looking for an AI Transformation Lead to join the Gen‑e2 Pilots & Transformation team. This role centres on helping clients turn AI ambition into lasting organisational change. You will shape transformation roadmaps, align stakeholders, guide teams through new ways of working, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value. If you enjoy navigating complexity, building momentum across organisations, and helping people adopt meaningful change, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Program Delivery

• Lead or co‑lead AI pilot and transformation programs end‑to‑end: scoping, delivery, measurement, iterating and pivoting
• Work embedded in client delivery teams, coaching engineers, product owners, business analysts and delivery leads on AI‑augmented product discovery and delivery practices
• Identify and track meaningful metrics — productivity uplift, backlog quality, cycle time — to demonstrate and sustain value for the client
• Lead the discovery work that opens an engagement: assess the client's current SDLC and constraints, appetite for change and select real use cases from their backlog
• Design and facilitate the development of transformation roadmaps for clients, sequencing capability building, tooling adoption, and organisational change across waves
• Support the setup and operationalisation of client AI Centre of Excellence (CoE): governance models, ways of working, role definitions, and capability frameworks
• Collaborate with PALO IT practice leads to evolve the methodology based on field learnings

AI Engineering

• Co‑Design and build AI toolchains with our Gen‑e2 Engineers — agentic workflows, MCP integrations, AI‑assisted SDLC pipelines — deployed in real client environments
• Architect multi‑agent systems and automation across the delivery lifecycle (backlog refinement, code generation, test automation, impact analysis)
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling (models, frameworks, IDEs, orchestration layers) into structured delivery patterns

Pre‑sales & Business Development

• Participate in client discovery and proposal work, contributing technical credibility and realistic scoping
• Help shape AI capability assessments, pilot proposals, and transformation roadmaps

Thought Leadership

• Write articles, case studies, or technical posts that articulate PALO IT's point of view on AI‑augmented delivery and the Gen‑e2 methodology
• Speak at industry events, conferences, and client forums — representing both technical depth and transformation experience
• Contribute to PALO IT's external presence on LinkedIn and other channels, sharing learnings from the field
• Help develop frameworks, whitepapers, or playbooks that advance the practice internally and build credibility externally

What We're Looking For

Must‑haves

• Familiarity with the modern AI tooling ecosystem (coding assistants, MCP servers, agent frameworks)
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑augmented SDLC
• Stakeholder management
• Facilitation and training
• Change management / transformation (roadmapping, KPIs...)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving client environments
• Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Systems Thinking principles

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience in agile/software delivery consulting or a similar advisory context
• Exposure to pre‑sales, RFP responses, or client proposal work
• Background in financial services, government, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices
