Neo4j is seeking a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead for AI to shape the AI capabilities of Hume, the connected data analytics platform. You will architect the AI layer, begin with Hume Maestro, and translate product vision into robust technical decisions while delivering high-quality software.

You will lead architectural efforts, contribute to the codebase, and collaborate with Product Managers and the Chief Scientist to align technical execution with business priorities.

Competenze

• Proven track record as Senior/Lead Engineer in AI/ML, with hands-on delivery.
• Experience designing and deploying AI architectures (LLMs, graph AI, data processing).
• Ability to bridge research vision with production-ready engineering and stakeholder collaboration.

Mansioni

• Architect the AI foundation and roadmap for the Hume Maestro component.
• Contribute code actively, setting standards for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product and Science teams in a shared decision-making framework.
