Relatech Group is seeking an experienced AI Architect to define the technical direction for AI-assisted software delivery within the Advisory Business Unit. You will blend hands-on AI engineering with architecture leadership, evaluating where AI adds value and establishing tooling, standards, and delivery approaches for engineering teams.

The role requires assessing use cases, designing AI-based solutions, and guiding the integration of Claude, MCP, and spec tooling into the development

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing AI architectures and agent workflows.
• Hands-on AI engineering experience with Claude ecosystem.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Assess use cases and define AI-based solutions.
• Design AI architectures, agent workflows, and supporting tooling.
• Set the technical direction for AI-enabled software delivery.
• Design the approach and transition path toward spec-driven development.
• Define how Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and spec tooling fit into the workflow.
• Integrate AI capabilities with repositories, documentation, ticketing, and delivery pipelines.
• Establish standards for reliability, security, and governance.
• Lead the design of new use cases and validate approaches through hands-on implementation.
• Create reusable technical patterns, documentation, and guidance for wider adoption.
