Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm focused on AI transformation, acting with humans and AI agents to guide Italian companies. You become the reference point for CEOs on how to bring AI inside their company, leading end-to-end B2B deals and driving a strategic AI roadmap.

You will shadow senior strategists, close initial deals end-to-end, and progress to leadership roles based on results and performance. In Milan, the team values growth, mentorship, and direct impact across engagements.

About us

Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm specialised in AI transformation: we help companies understand and adopt artificial intelligence. We are an AI-first company, made of humans and AI agents working together, born with the arrival of LLMs and fully bootstrapped: we sustain ourselves and we decide what to build.

The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).

Your responsibilities

This is one of the highest-impact roles in the AI transformation of Italian companies. You are the reference point for CEOs and their leadership teams on how to bring AI inside their company, at the most strategic moment there has ever been.

• Close new opportunities: You run complex B2B deals from discovery to signature: you build the solution with the client, present the proposal, negotiate with decision-makers and own your sales targets.
• Guide CEOs and leadership teams through the AI transformation: You quickly understand the company’s business, processes and priorities and translate what GenAI makes possible into a concrete AI Academy and AI Factory roadmap.
• Take projects all the way to results: After signature you become the owner of the project: you coordinate Trainers and Engineers, run the progress reviews with management and govern timelines, scope, quality, margin and invoicing.
• Grow the client over time: You build trusted relationships with decision-makers, measure the impact of projects and spot the next step, turning a first initiative into a long-term strategic relationship.

Your path

• In the first weeks: you shadow a senior Strategist on active deals and projects, taking part in discovery, design, negotiation and progress reviews from day one.
• Within the first 3 months: you close your first deal end to end and take ownership of that project as PM, from signature to delivery.
• After 9 months: you can move to the next level, on results and on quantitative, transparent performance criteria.

Before you apply

We work mainly in person, from our office in Corvetto, Milan. We are an early-stage company with big ambitions and we believe that being together, day after day, is essential to build energy, alignment and results. That said, we operate with flexibility and common sense: remote work is possible when it is needed.

LLMs arrived three years ago and created a new market. The window is wide and it is open now; to stay ahead of it you have to work better and harder than the others. Anyone looking for a predictable pace will not be happy here.

Native Italian is required. We write requirements as a direction, not as a barrier: if the role appeals to you and you think you can grow fast, it has happened before, and it worked out.
