Ateme is seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy internal tools that cut repetitive tasks and boost cross-functional efficiency. You will work at the intersection of full-stack development, generative AI, automation, and business understanding to address real business needs.

You will prototype quickly, deliver end-to-end internal solutions, and ensure secure, accountable AI practices while collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product and Operations to

Competenze

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Full-stack development with Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, UI design.
• System integration: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, enterprise APIs and connectors, identity management.
• Cloud and DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring, deployment.

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools to reduce repetitive tasks and boost cross-functional efficiency.
• Prototype proofs of concept and MVPs, iterating with user feedback.
• Develop end-to-end internal tools including UI, backend, workflows, and integrations.

As an AI Solutions & Automation Engineer at Ateme, you design, build, and deploy internal tools that reduce repetitive tasks and boost cross-functional efficiency. You’ll work at the intersection of full-stack development, generative AI, automation, and business understanding to address real business needs. You’ll prototype quickly, deliver end-to-end internal solutions, and ensure secure, accountable AI practices. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to scale reusable components across teams. This role offers the chance to shape internal workflows at a video delivery leader and contribute to impactful, measurable improvements.
