Digitalmens is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and integrate intelligent, data-driven solutions across enterprise contexts. You will work on projects combining AI, XR and IoT to deliver advanced industrial applications.

The role focuses on building ML/DL models, data pipelines, and deploying AI within web and enterprise systems, in a hybrid remote-work setup and with ongoing training on emerging technologies.

Competenze

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar).
• Experience with Python and ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, …).
• Good knowledge of technical English.

The candidate will work on projects that integrate AI, XR and IoT, contributing to the creation of intelligent, data-driven applications in advanced industrial and technological contexts.

Main responsibilities

• Development and optimisation of machine learning and deep learning models
• Analysis of complex datasets and construction of data processing pipelines
• Integration of AI models into web applications and enterprise systems
• Collaboration with development teams on solutions integrated with XR, IoT and automation systems

Requirements

• Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar)
• Experience with Python, ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, …)
• Knowledge of computer vision or NLP algorithms (plus)
• Good knowledge of technical English
