Job summary

Axyon AI, founded in Modena, Italy, invites a Quantitative Client Solutions Intern to join the commercial team for a 6-month curricular internship. You will analyze AI-driven investment strategies, translate results into client-facing materials, and collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and the team to support investment processes.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Finance, Economics or STEM programs, with an interest in quantitative strategies, solid statistics knowledge, and skills in

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a university programme in Finance, Economics or STEM, with eligibility for a curricular internship.
• Interest in financial markets, investment management and quantitative strategies.
• A foundational understanding of statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis, gained through coursework or academic projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of AI-driven investment strategies, reviewing performance and risk metrics.
• Help explore model behaviour and explainability under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Help interpret quantitative results and turn findings into clear client-facing presentations, reports and supporting materials.
• Contribute to tailored analyses addressing clients’ questions and investment needs.
• Assist with streamlining and automating recurring analyses and reporting tasks.
• Where appropriate, join client meetings alongside the team and help prepare follow-up materials.
