Job summary

Alignerr is seeking analytical evaluators to review AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. You will assess outputs against established guidelines and identify biases or harms. Clear, structured feedback on policy issues and edge cases is essential.

You will work remotely on a freelance, task-based schedule, handling diverse topics with independence and rigor. Prior experience in AI or policy isn’t required, but strong written communication is essential.

About The Role

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential for harm
• Flag content that is misleading, inappropriate, or misaligned with established guidelines
• Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases
• Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
• Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A sharp, analytical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
• Comfortable engaging with complex topics around ethics, fairness, and social responsibility
• Strong written communicator — you can articulate your reasoning clearly and consistently
• Detail-oriented and reliable in following structured evaluation guidelines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
• No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required

Nice to Have

• Background or interest in ethics, law, philosophy, social sciences, or journalism
• Experience in content moderation, research, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
