Reply is looking for an AI Platform Engineer to own and scale the platform that turns a researcher’s idea into a running job on a cluster. You will orchestrate GPU workloads, manage versioning and governance across data, models and evaluation runs, and shorten the distance from research to execution.

You will work with SkyPilot, Dagster, NVIDIA NeMo, Kubernetes, MLflow and Unity Catalog, ensuring reproducibility, multi-tenancy and cost attribution across European HPC clusters and cloud resources.

Competenze

• Academic background in distributed systems; fundamentals in networking appreciated.
• Strong Python and infrastructure as code skills as default.
• Experience running ML platforms at scale with reproducibility and multi-tenancy.

Mansioni

• Maintain and grow the Model Factory platform."
• Orchestrate GPU workloads and distributed training across clusters.
• Implement versioning and governance for data, models and evaluations.
