EssilorLuxottica seeks a motivated graduate with an engineering or IT background to join a strategic project in Rovereto. You will capture and structure manufacturing know-how, transforming expertise into digital knowledge and training resources via company-approved AI solutions.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Automation to identify knowledge gaps and support digital learning tools across the plant. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, automation or mechatronics.
• Strong interest in industrial technologies and digital transformation.
• Passion for AI and digital tools in business processes.
• Basic knowledge of knowledge management, process mapping or documentation.
• Willingness to create structured content and training materials.
• English language skills and collaboration with experts.

Mansioni

• Collect and map technical know-how from process experts and plant staff.
• Structure operational knowledge into standardized formats.
• Develop digital content, guidelines and training materials.
