Job summary

MotorK is seeking a Head of Cloud to lead the evolution of its AI-driven cloud platform and infrastructure. You will steer live production cloud environments, guide teams in CI/CD, SRE, and best practices across products and development teams.

We value at least 8 years in production cloud, strong governance, cost control, and a relentless AI-first mindset. The role offers flexible hybrid work and growth opportunities within a fast-moving European SaaS leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of live production cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience delivering SRE frameworks with observability, SLO/SLA.
• AI-first mindset across cloud platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, architecture, governance and cost control.
• Infrastructure as code at scale; AWS governance, security, networking.
• Proven leadership and ability to communicate with senior management.
• Proven ability to lead CI/CD platform evolution and DevOps adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the cloud engineering team and drive platform strategy.
• Advance AI-driven cloud platform engineering practices.
• Oversee CI/CD, SRE adoption, observability, and cost governance.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement best practices.
• Ensure SLA/SLO compliance for customers and disaster recovery readiness.
