Job summary

Join, the platform turning browsing into shopping, is hiring a Software Engineer to join our Content Platform team. You will maintain and evolve FAdmin, our core flyer processing system, and related tools in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

You will ship features end-to-end, test rigorously, participate in code reviews, and work with Claude Code to boost delivery speed while maintaining code quality. This role offers a remote Europe-wide setup and a hybrid-friendly, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Proven production experience building and maintaining applications with Ruby on Rails.
• 2 to 5 years of solid experience with relational databases and SQL design.
• Daily experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) for planning and reviewing AI-generated code.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• History of shipping quality code and features reliably to production.
• Fluent English: strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve, and deliver roadmap features end-to-end for FAdmin and Content Platform ecosystem tools.
• Work with an AI-first approach using Claude Code and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Actively support the Content Layer Service Desk and internal Ask boards to address issues and resolve service requests.
• Write automated tests, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for high-quality deployments.
